Each package consists of 3 activated carbon capsules and 2 vitamin supplement capsules. The carbon capsules target the toxin Acetaldehyde while the vitamin supplements provide the body with lost vitamins and nutrients and restore energy.
Take 3 carbon (black) capsules after your last drink or before sleeping, take 2 vitamin (white) capsules in the morning.
You may take additional doses as needed but do not exceed 6 carbon capsules or 2 vitamin capsules over a 24hr period.
