We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to leave satisfied, so if something’s not exactly right for you, we've got you covered. 


Applicable items purchased on nomo.shop can be returned within 30-days of the initial purchase date, and anything outside the 30-day period may qualify for store credit. Please contact Customer Service prior to sending any product back for a return, replacement, or exchange:

With your request, please include some additional feedback regarding the item so we fully understand why it wasn’t a fit for you. Don’t be shy; your experience and privacy are important to us!


We are shipping FREE within the UK; if our EU customers purchase in excess of £20, shipping is INCLUDED.


We are using the best couriers and aim to deliver as quickly as possible, however, we cannot guarantee delivery within timescales and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destination.


There may be certain items that we may be unable to post overseas and if this is the case with any part of your order, we will contact you by email.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK DELIVERIES

We are using the best and most reliable courier services available for any given dispatch. Shipping within the UK typically takes 48 hours and is FREE.


If you require the product in under 48 hours, we recommend choosing our expedited shipping option at checkout.


If you place an order on our website before 2pm, your order will be shipped on the same business day. Any order placed after 2pm or on a non-business day will ship the following business day.

EU DELIVERIES

Shipping to the EU usually takes 3-5 working days and is FREE if you spend £20 or more.


Please note our shipping charges do not allow for any charges levied by Customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for paying such charges.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERIES

We are trying to get Nomo to you wherever you are. However, in the rare circumstances where delivery is impractical as deemed so by ourselves, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.


Please note that we have made every effort to make our shipping charges as accurate as possible, however, occasionally the amount charged may be insufficient to cover the cost. In this case you will be given the opportunity to either pay the additional amount or alternatively we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification.

THE ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED

No worries, just contact us on info@nomo.shop and we will try and make sure you will receive your order.


If your parcel has not reached you within 14 days, we will send you a replacement free of charge.


If your parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the cost of any shipping charges.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

UNWANTED GOODS

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You need to inform us of this within 14 days of receiving the order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method minus the cost of initial shipping. Shipping fees for
returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend you keep proof that you have sent it.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:


* Due to the ingestible nature of our products, returned items must still be sealed and returned in original packaging.
* Returned items must have no visible sign of tampering

Damaged packaging/goods

If your item arrived in damaged packaging, please return it. We will send you a replacement free of charge and reimburse your return postage.

CANCELLING THE ORDER

If you would like to cancel your order and the order has not been dispatched, we will refund your payment.


If it has been dispatched, please refer to “Unwanted Goods”.

CHANGING THE ORDER

If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched, we will take payment of the extra item(s) and send all items out together.


If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot add anymore items and you will be required to place an additional order.

REFUNDS IF YOUR CARD DETAILS HAVE CHANGED

Generally, we will refund to the original payment method. However, if your card details have changed, we will contact you by email and ask you to send us your new card details.


We aim to credit your refund within 3-5 working days.
